In the event of you not being completely happy with your purchase, please get in touch with us via the ‘contact us’ link at the top of the page and tell us why.
All of the products sold on our site are covered by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 which allow you to claim a full refund if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, provided you notify us within seven days of delivery. You will receive a full refund, replacement, exchange or credit, provided it is unused and returned in its original packaging at your expense.
Damaged upon Arrival
Although we pack all of our parcels very securely, if your book has arrived damaged please let us know and we will happily replace it free of charge.
If your book has failed to arrive, please let us know and we’ll track the parcel from our end. In our experience, UK orders can take up to seven days to arrive, Europe up to two weeks and Worldwide up to a month especially around peak periods like Christmas. If you need a book urgently then please contact us when ordering and we can quote for faster delivery methods.
